Trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are the property of B GREENLY, either by industrial or intellectual property, without implying that access to the Website attributes any right to the aforementioned trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

3.1 General

The User undertakes to make proper use of the website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be liable to B GREENLY or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation. The use of the website for purposes harmful to the assets or interests of B GREENLY or third parties, or in any way that overloads, damages, or disables networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and computer applications (software) ofB GREENLY or third parties, is expressly prohibited.

3.2 Contents

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations, and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of clause 1. By way of illustration, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from:

    • Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Contents, except in cases authorized by law or expressly consented to by Confederación de Empresarios de la Provincia de Cádiz or the owner of the exploitation rights, as appropriate.

3.3 Introduction of Links to the Website

Internet users who want to introduce links from their own web pages to the Website must comply with the following conditions, and ignorance of these conditions does not exempt them from the responsibilities derived from the Law:

B GREENLY is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided on the Website or for damages and losses suffered by the User or third parties due to actions based solely on the information obtained on the Website.

4.2 Quality of Service

Access to the Website does not imply an obligation for B GREENLY to control the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer element. It is the User’s responsibility to have adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs. B GREENLY is not responsible for the damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Website service.

4.3 Service Availability

Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including transportation through telecommunications networks, the reliability, quality, continuity, and operation of which are not the responsibility of Confederación de Empresarios de la Provincia de Cádiz. Therefore, the services provided through the Website may be suspended, canceled, or become inaccessible, either prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Website service. The service of access to the Website includes technical linking devices, directories, and even search tools that allow the User to access other pages and Internet Websites (hereinafter, ‘Linked Sites’). In these cases, B GREENLY acts as a service provider of intermediation in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event that the User believes that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate content, they may communicate it to B GREENLY in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without this communication implying, in any case, the obligation to remove the corresponding link. In no case does the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements with the managers or owners of the same, nor the recommendation, promotion, or identification of B GREENLY with the statements, contents, or services provided.
